Established in 2000 FCL (HK) INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED, a HONGKONG-based, world-class OEM manufacturer, specializes in Product Design and Development Solution, and One-stop, quality OEM services. We manufacture Auto Tools (Auto diagnostic Tools, Auto ECU Program, Auto Key Program , Auto Code Reader, GPS Navigation and Car DVD), Home Appliances (Massager, Reading lamp and so on). We have been awarded ISO9001 by TUV CERT product service since 2003, certifying that our company and product quality has surpassed the international standard.

We own two factories in mainland of China, occupies a 10,000-square-meters production site equipped with over 10 advanced injection machines and employs 500 effective workers, running many efficient production lines. We continue to improve the test lab and R&D centre by using the sophisticated inspection instruments.
